  After second attempt, second tajine was delivered unbroken, a quality item at a realistic price, seller was extremely helpful and understanding when I informed them of first delivered broken tajine and offered to replace it without question. Will recommend seller.

  AVOID THIS SELLER! Very poor communication. Seller avoided questions, and the item received is not the same as shown in the pictures. Misleading listing and terrible experience. Offered only a 50% refund for something I can’t use, and the misleading photos are still up, risking more buyers being deceived. Avoid at all costs.

  Very professional service. My original item got lost in transit but this seller immediately despatched a replacement with an express delivery service. I received it within a matter of days and this seller kept in contact with me until I confirmed id received the replacement. The tea pot is delightful, I’m very happy with my purchase.
