  Shipping was fast, packaging was good but a part of it was damaged, the part was as described and in really good condition, value was good, I sent the seller a message and told them what happened when the part came in and they were extremely nice and was not an automated message. They gave me a refund for it and reassured them that we still will be shipping from them as we have a 3rd gen 4Runner. But there customer service it top notch. Luckily it was just a boot that broke and a dust shield.

  Hood was exactly as described with no dents or major scratches. Was carefully packed for shipping and got to me a week before originally thought. Great price for the condition and with all accessories still attached such as chrome inserts and under hood blanket.

  The part arrived quickly and was as advertised. The part fit perfectly. There was some slight damage incurred during shipping that didn’t compromise the operation of the unit and the seller quickly solved the issue. I would buy from this seller again.
