    Item as described, excellent packaging, fast shipping, would buy from again... I offered a lower amount for S&H than what was charged, plus I was buying two of the same item - not one. While my offer for the item was accepted, the S&H offer was not. This was my first experience with this type of "negotiating," so this may have been more of a fault of eBay rather than the seller.
