  We got the item in great condition. Love Kirkland, it's great Quality. But mostly, I totally ADORE this seller, he's the best! Items always arrive in a few days (although it's international) and with a personal delivery straight to my door. And the price is not higher than other sellers who shipments are less convenient.

  Bought from this seller before. No issues. This time the communication was lacking and it took almost a week for the seller to ship. Still the product was delivered as scheduled. Have no idea about why it was a bit more difficult this time but I guess we all can go through stressful times in our lives. Seller still gets five star since it delivered with no hassle.

  i was doing business with radhikadirect for a long time, service was perfect, but this time the service was bad, the seller doesn't respond to messages, i still didn't get a reponse from Radhikadirect to my messages, the package took longer to come, I had to get ebay involved. Thank god I got it today via fedex, there was a big delay though. didn't start using it still, I hope everything is good. not very happy this time. sad.
