Seller is a warehouse in China called Ding Hong.Sound is terrible, Materials for buttons are plastic, Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode are non-existent. Delivery took more than initially promised because they ship from China and not in US. When notifying the seller for a return. They suggested to keep it and will refund $30 for a $300+ FAKE product.
