    The pc when received in France was equipped in accordance with the specification listed in the sellers eBay listing. It was well packaged and no damage received during transit (including the French customs checks). When the pc was powered up there were no problems. THANK YOU.     After it arrived my husband noticed the graphics card was missing. We contacted them and sent pictures for proof. They sent a graphics card within a few days. Very happy with service.

    Exactly the machine I wanted, built perfectly, packaged well and delivered quickly. I contacted the seller with a software question and they were excellent at rapidly getting it sorted, even though the issue was not their fault. A recommended seller.

    Their turnaround was brilliant. Ordered a system Friday 4pm - arrived Tues 1pm. The system 'case' was small (Lenova ThinkCentre when I'm used to towers) but hey, what was inside the box was brilliant. 64gb ram, intel 7, 1tb ssd, 2tb hdd, what's not to like! I hate Win11, but they set it up well. I messaged them with a question they offered to help me install a component. Brilliant service. I recommend them highly.
