  Works fine and was a very good price but only two years left of its 10 year lifespan see photo - replace by July 7, 2027. But this was less than what people are charging for ones that don't specify the age. At the same time I bought another one on eBay good through November 2032 - five more years but about twice the price. See other photo. FWIW, my existing detectors are from 2018 so only a year newer than this one. Anyway you look at it, Nest is an expensive way to go and is expiring tech.
