  They sent me a BROKEN controller. LB button doesn't work at all, A button was super crunchy and obviously it wasn't "tested". SAVE YOUR MONEY.

  Ordered an all black xbox 360 controller. The one I received was a frankenstein of another controller. Black shell, black triggers, white bumpers, Grey dpad, grey joysticks, and grey plastic at the bottom of the controller. The left joystick doesnt move well. I tried reaching out SEVERAL times. ZERO RESPONSE and it's been two weeks. My only option when trying to get support from ebay is to return the item or mark didnt receive, but I have to pay for return shipping. What a terrible experience.

  The Bose power supply was shipped promptly. The unit worked as advertised. Unfortunately, there is a slight crack on the side of the power supply. Based on the price, overall I’m satisfied with this purchase.
