    The Item is as described, however doesn’t do it justice. The item I purchased is fantastic quality and worth the price. Seller took very good care of packaging the item and shipped it next day and arrived on time. Very much recommended and will do business again.

    My item arrived with a defect & I wasn't sure how the seller would handle it. Thankfully, the seller was super responsive and immediately jumped in to fix the issue.     Shipping was fast and item packaged securely. Additionally, worked as described. I bought an OEM replacement part and installed it and works like a charm. Price is a little high in my opinion but definitely trusted seller. Will buy my replacement parts from this seller.

    Got the part, as described, and it works perfectly! There was a slight issue with shipping, not the fault of the seller, but I reached out to them and the matter was immediately sorted. I’ll come to this seller again if iFixit doesn’t have the Steam Deck parts I need.

    Purchased this on the 17th of October, reached out to the seller to let them know this was a time sensitive purchase, I need the part ASAP because I was repairing a steam deck for someone who was going to be in town for 12 days the seller assured me it was being shipped out on the 20th was not shipped until the 25th now I'm stuck having to ship the steam deck to the customer when and if the part comes in, just be honest as a seller
