-30 days is time limit after receiving the products/items to inform us you don't like the products/items (Subject to ‘items has not been used’)
-30 day time limited after receiving the products/items to inform us you don't like the products/items with 20% of total value re-stocking fee payable to MCR Laptops.
-48 hours time limit after receiving products/items to inform us if you have received is damaged or disfunction
One year time limit (one year warranty return to base) after receiving the products/items to inform us if develops any faults to repair/replace
-Any physical damage to products items done by customer would void the warrant, customer have to request an RMA from for an authorised return; otherwise you will not receive a refund, RMA stand for return merchandise authorised and is used for you to return the item to use and so that we can identify your request when we receive the item back
-Claims after one year period the warranty claim won't be one valid as this is classed as wear and tear
-Returns must include all items on damaged in 100% original condition with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms etc,
