Warunki prowadzenia sprzedaży
Payment:
1.Payment can only be made by PayPal via eBay. We cannot take orders or payment over the phone.
2.Payment must to be cleared within 7 working days after the purchase unless the buyer has contacted us in advance and get the agreement.
2.We only send items to the registered Paypal address.
 
Shipping:
1. It is necessary that you provide us on checkout with the exact delivery address you wish to receive your order at including a contact telephone number. Failure to do this could result in a delayed delivery of your order or possible return to our warehouse. Once your order is shipped we are unable to change the delivery address you have provided.
2. We aim to ship all orders within two business days from the time you place your order with us. Please Note: We are only able to ship on business days and unable to ship on weekends or holidays.
Shipping times are stated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Total delivery time = Order Processing (up to two business days) + Shipping Time (in business days)
These times should be used as a guideline only and the exact length of delivery time is dependent upon the local postal service.
Great Britain: 1 - 3 business days
Europe: 5 - 16 business days
Rest of World: 15 - 30 business days
3. Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via either Royal Mail or DHL. We will decide which service to use dependent on your location and weight or value of item. Please Note: Orders sent using the courier service will have 2 delivery attempts within 5 business days. If these 2 attempts are unsuccessful items are returned to our warehouse and a redelivery/restocking fee will be charged. Any item that is returned back to our warehouse undelivered is subject to a redelivery/restocking charge.
4. Orders outside of the United Kingdom will be shipped from Berlin(our German warehouse), using DHL in conjunction with your local postal service or Deutsche Post Couriers and one of their partners. We will decide which service to use dependent on your location and weight or value of item.
5. Shipping and handling fees includes all packing, warehouse and distribution costs.
 
Return Accepted:
1.We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all goods so that you can make an informed decision before your purchase. We understand however, that occasionally you may want to return the item/s you have ordered.
2.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must advise us via eBay message system within 30 days of receipt of your order - please do not return any goods before contacting us. We aim to reply to your message within 24 hours during opening hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) to advise you on the returns process and address.
3.All returned items must be complete, in the original packaging and in an unused re-saleable condition. A full refund of the order total will be made using the original payment method. Please be advised that you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
4.If the item is faulty, dead on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period and must be reported within 5 days from delivered date
If in the event that a replacement is not available then we will we issue you with a full refund (including outgoing shipping).
