Payment
Payment may be made online using credit or debit card. When paying online you will be taken to our online payment system, SagePay, which will encrypt your card details and handle them securely. Alternatively, you may phone our central payments centre with your card details on +44 (0)1202 604968.
 
Please note that we are a UK company and all prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. All transactions are processed in UK Pounds Sterling.
 
Postage
The shipping cost is a maximum of only £3.95 for anywhere in the UK.
 
Outside of the UK postage is calculated automatically for you at our checkout based on the weight of your order. The postage cost for most overseas orders will be just £7.95. If the cost or weight of your order is greater than that allowed for a particular service you will see a message asking you to contact us so that we can work out the most effective method of delivering your order to you.
 
Within the UK goods are dispatched using Standard Business Post or by Courier Service.
Most orders are dispatched the same day and are received within 24-72 hours in the UK.
Outside of the UK orders are sent via Airmail service and delivery times vary. Please contact us for the most up to date delivery timescales for your country.
 
 
Free Delivery
Any Free delivery offer is made on condition that you do not return the goods you order, other than to replace faulty goods. This does not affect your satutory rights.
 
 
VAT
All prices include UK VAT at 20% where appropriate.
 
 
Dispatch
The majority of orders are dispatched the same day.
 
Cancellation right
We ask that you check your details very carefully, particularly the size and colour you have selected before you submit any order.

However, as soon as you place an order for a personalised or made-to-order item you have entered into a contract to purchase that item. Therefore once you have submitted the order you cannot cancel, exchange or return the item either before or after dispatch.
 
You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract.
 
Upon receipt of your cancellation within 7 days and the returned goods you will receive a full refund via the method you used to pay originally.
