I post daily Monday-Sunday. Please be aware that the Post Office DO NOT include weekends and Bank Holidays as part of their estimated delivery time.

My Standard Delivery for UK is 2nd Class
Other postage options are available AT CHECKOUT in the drop down menu of course
I use Royal Mail 2ND CLASS and normal delivery time is 2 to 3 working days (PLEASE MESSAGE ME IF OVER 3 DAYS)
Goods to the value of £10.00 or over will be sent 2ND class recorded delivery
A Dispatch Confirmation Email will be sent once your Item is dispatched

On the Hopefully rare occasion that items are damaged in the post, please contact me immediately on receipt of item.
I may possibly need photo evidence depending on the item purchased.
You will then need to return the item to me in its original packaging please (RETURN ADDRESS IS ON LABEL)
I will then either replace the item or give you a refund.
 
Faulty items will need to be returned to me as soon as possible for a full refund or replacement.
