Please measure Carefully, We check all measurements for obvious error's against standard body sizes, but we cannot be held responsible for errors in measurements submitted to us.
Cancellation
All latex rubber clothing orders are custom made due to the huge range of sizes and colour choices we offer, and as such are non-cancelable. Under exceptional circumstances we may agree to cancel, but will charge a cancellation fee to cover our materials and expenses.
Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched within time frame given on Ebay. International order's will be dealt with in the same manner but you should allow between 3 to 10 working days for delivery. In the event we cannot complete your order within the time scales stated, we will endeavour to contact you by email and advise you on expected the completion and delivery date of your order.
Delivery Service & Packaging Notes:
Please note that although we take every care when packaging all our goods in the best possible way in order for them to arrive at their destination safely without damage, we cannot guarantee the condition of any parcel or goods once they are in the hands of a third party carrier service. In some circumstances, they may not always make the transit without breakage. Please always inspect your order upon reception. Any visible damage to the package must be reported immediately in writing when signing the receipt. You should inform us within 48hours of any problem with your order and we will either send you a replacement or send you instructions to return and exchange the damaged item.
