All goods are UK Sourced and supplied and sold on the basis of what is listed about the product.
We only trade 100% correct items and should you have any issue with the product(s) supplied please do not leave negative feedback, but please give us the opportunity to rectify the item in question and ensure a resolution is found this process normally take around 24/48 hours.
Our opening times are Monday-Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm.
Please do note that should you purchase a product before 9:30am you Should (courier permitted) receive the item on a next day basis. If you shouod purchase after 10:00am again the item should be with you 48hours later.
Please be aware that we can not be held responsible for ACTS OF GOD. We cannot also be held responsible for any Courier issues, once the items have left us the next step being the delivery is out of our hands, we will work with you and the couriers should their me any issues swiftly and ensure a positive outcome.
Should you ask for a post office or courier service, should the deliverer (courier) post the item or leave it in a safe place and you can not find it or its be stolen again we can not be held responsible for this.
If the item is damaged in transit we will ask you to return the item and can offer you either a full refund (including your return postage cost) or a like for like product.
After a 7 day period we reserve the right to not replace or refund for any item supplied.
