TERMS & POLICIES
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES :
Refunds shall be issued if goods are not as described.
If an item is faulty selling should be contacted immediately and items should be sent back for a refund or exchange. This does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty.
All postage and packing costs, and returns are to be paid by the buyer.
Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received.
Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 14 days. All tags and original packaging must still be intact.
Refunds will be given once item has been received back, please send your item by a trackable method, as I will NOT refund on goods NOT received. Please include your user ID and Item number in with your return, for a faster refund.
Return postage costs for items will not be refundable.
These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
We accept returns provided the buyer contacts us by email within 3 days of receiving the item. Item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days. Please ensure you enclose your ebay id and reason for return to ensure speedy refund. Incomplete details will delay the refund process. Refunds will be issued via paypal or cheque. Please note that P&P charges are NOT refundable. Cost of returning the item will also be at the buyer's own expense.
DELIVERY:
All items are sent with a proof of posting.
You can request to have goods sent by recorded delivery so a claim can be made in the event of the item being lost.
Once posted goods are in the hands Of Royal Mail. We are not liable for late deliveries or any other claim.
We aim to despatch quickly. Items are usually despatched within 24-48 hours (except weekends).
Goods are sent in the cheapest way, normally second class unless you select otherwise.
If your item is returned to me as undelivered by post the post office then the postage will need to be repaid before the item is sent again.

UK BUYERS -All orders are posted within two working day as Second Class mail unless otherwise stated or as requested by the purchaser.
Postage & Packaging :
We do not give postal Discounts. All items are set at immediate payment only. Postage and Packaging costs are to cover labour and materials in packaging, and delivery. All P&P costs are given upfront with the item. multiple purchases mayor may not go in one bag and be insured against loss depending on value.
