By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our online service is hosted on a secure server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment.
PRICES
All prices show free postage and packaging and handling, to a UK destination only. We do not ship overseas because UK Mattresses is a UK run family business only.
PAYMENTS
Buying mattresses from ukmattresses has been made easy. Simply click on your chosen item on our home page, and then click on the subject. Simply browse on any size mattresses, click on the piece you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. If you wish to purchase more than one item, continue browsing and then add to your shopping cart. To complete your order, click on check- out to complete your order. Once we have received confirmation from PayPal and your order has been placed, we will email, or contact you, confirming all details of your order.
PayPal is completely secure and applies no charges to the purchaser. We are not sent details of the card used for payment, just your order and that it has been paid for. If you are not a PayPal account holder then you can still pay for your item through a guest check out from PayPal.
RISKS
We recommend that there is a responsible act to be taken on delivery of any goods, and to sign for the goods on delivery. If you wish your goods to be left without a signature, UK mattresses will not be responsible for any theft or weather damage of your goods due to not being signed by the buyer.
The goods will be left at your own risk and will only be left if there is a signed and dated note, with the customer’s permission, for the driver to take. We do not recommend that your goods are left outside, due to threat of weather damage or theft. As soon as delivery has been made it is the buyer’s responsibility to take good reasonable care of the items.
RETURNS
If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by either phone, email or letter, within 7 days of receipt of goods Provided they are returned and delivery charge will be paid by the buyer. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage, to return the goods. Refunds will only be given after the returns have been received and inspected and in their original packaging.
Payments made by PayPal will be refunded to the cardholder through the PayPal system. In the unlikely event the goods you received have been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. It is recommended that the customer should return the goods at their own cost and then we will inspect the item and if it has a manufacturing fault then we will issue you with a full refund except posting and packaging. We will not accept any returns if the item has any kind of wet marks or stains due to hygiene reasons UK mattresses will not be held responsible for any theft or weather damage of your goods.
DESPATCH & DELIVERY
We aim to despatch all order within 10 -14 working days of receipt of order. Once delivery has been made it is the customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the items. If we are unable to complete your order within the timescale, we will contact you, and ask you what other service you would like. All mattresses are manufactured by the uks leading craftsman’s team and we aim for the customers 100% satisfactory. Over the years, we have established good relationships with some of the industry's leading suppliers of bedding accessories - this means that we can sell some of the world’s bedding products directly to you.
