Cancelled Order / Ordered In error / No longer required
On receipt of the parts, we will refund the cost of the parts providing we are notified with the statutory 7 day cooling off period and the parts are returned in a saleable condition. A 10% handling charge may be applied for this service outside this 7 day period. No refunds will be made for parts that have been fitted or for postage costs incurred.
 
Damaged goods on arrival
If the goods were damaged before they reached you, we will refund the parts in full and carriage costs. Damage caused through incorrect installation is not covered.
 
Warranty
SuperFlex products carry a full 3-year 37,000 miles road-use warranty (whichever occurs first) from date of purchase, subject to production of the supplier's invoice.
 
Exceptions:
Bushes used in Motorsport, bushes subject to severe impact such as RTA (road traffic accident) or damage from pot holes
Import bushes with BZP (bright zinc plated) steel tubes which will cover a 1-year 12,000 miles road-use warranty.
 
Warranty is restricted to replacement or refund of supplied goods value, but no consequential loss (e.g. carriage, garage labour costs, vehicle recovery, car hire, loss of earnings, etc.) from any resulting problems. An order and use will be taken as a contract to accept these terms. Invoice number and date must be provided with any returned goods.
 
To return parts
Please send back the parts securely wrapped, along with your invoice and a letter stating the reason for the return to.
