1. Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this Website
These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for Products which are being sold on our Website.
By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to Us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing of the Products are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Products order and delivery.

You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.
 
4. Our Contract
Your placing of the order of your products on the Website is subject to availability of the Product and in case of the order for cream chargers, your meeting the eligibility criteria and fulfilling the Conditions specified in clause 12 below.
If you are placing an order for an item that by law we are only permitted to sell to customers who are 18 years or older, then by clicking the order confirm button you are also confirming to us that you are 18 years or older. By clicking the order confirm button, you further acknowledge and consent to us taking steps to verify your age by reference to publicly-available third party sources. We reserve the right not to supply an age-restricted product where we reasonably believe that you are below the relevant minimum age.
We reserve the right to suspend the our delivery and/or terminate the contract if any Conditions are breached.
The payment must be made before we dispatch the order.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products.
 
5. Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
• modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
• change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
 
6. Your responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct Personal Information and in certain situations, your ID.
If you leave abroad, you must check if the Products are permitted under your local laws and if they may attract local tax or duty You are responsible for payment of all customs and excises duty and import tax in your country.
 
7. Our Products
Products and their packaging may vary slightly from their pictures, which may be for illustrative purposes only.
We reserve the right to change the products if required by any applicable statutory or regulatory requirements or to implement technical improvements.
If we make substantial changes, we will notify you and you will be able to end your contract with us and receive a refund.
All Products are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be deleted from your order or replaced with a similar product. If the Product purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock. We will contact you with this issue and if you require a refund then we will do so.
 
8. Use of our Products
Our Products can only be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and are aimed at assisting in preparation of food and beverages.
Our Products are for individual use only and not for further resale, if you supply our Product to someone else, you have to satisfy yourself that they fulfil the eligibility criteria and what is the intended end-use of the Product.
If you are buying cream chargers you agree to comply with the provisions of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 and clause 12 below.
The Products may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
 
9. Price and Payment
Our prices are shown on our Website. All of our prices include VAT as we are a VAT registered company.
Payment must be completed before Products are despatched. Delays in payment will delay delivery.
Payment may be made by one of the following methods:
• PayPal,
• Credit card directly through our safe check out system. Your credit card number is not saved once your order has been processed. Telephone on 0845 4595714. Mon-Sat 9:30-5:30.
• Money orders and checks need to be cashed before an order is shipped.
If you would like to pay by any other method please contact us to discuss.
All orders include a receipt.
If you are importing our products you may have to pay customs and excises duty and import tax in your country. It is your responsibility and we advise that you check it with your local customs authority.
10. Shipping and postage
 
The Products must be paid in full prior to delivery. Wrong information provided may delay delivery.
We will need your telephone number on every order in case of delivery or payment issues.
Next Day Delivery Service is a service provided by the courier. Products purchased before 4:00PM are sent same day through DPD, Parcel Force or Royal Mail. Your courier will depend on the time of day, you order, and who is offering the best price for the service that day. Items posted with couriers are sent Next Day Delivery Service (Mon-Fri). This insures that the package is tracked until you receive it. Please note that couriers do not deliver on Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays.
Saturday delivery can be arranged at an extra cost. If you need Saturday delivery please select at checkout.
Next Day is a service not a guarantee and no refunds are offered for unfortunate occasions when the service falters unless this is covered by the courier. If your item has not arrived next day please contact the courier first.
We are not responsible for delays in the courier’s service once the Product is collected as promised. We are unable to issue any refunds on shipping costs or compensation for orders dispatched on time but delayed while in transit.
Delivery requires a signature. If you request the delivery to be left without a signature you are doing this at your own risk. We will not be responsible if the product is stolen, and you will need to follow up with police and courier.
If you are not in, the courier will leave an "attempted delivery" card. Contact the courier, not us, to arrange redelivery of your package. Do this promptly as after 7 days your package will be returned to our offices and you will need to pay £6.95 and the postage cost for us to re-post your item.
International and off shore UK orders are not guaranteed next day. If you reside off shore please contact us prior to ordering so we can quote you current postage rates. If you order cream chargers, you need to know that this order may take longer to deliver as nitrous oxide cannot be shipped via air and this may impact on the delivery times.
We do not allow collection by you. The products must be delivered to the your card's billing address or your confirmed Paypal address. Please email us if you wish it to be mailed to an alternative address. This may delay the delivery and we cannot guarantee the change of address will be authorised by our security team.
Cream chargers will not be posted to:
- University Halls of Residence
- Colleges
- Schools
- Hospitals
- Jersey (At the request of the Police)
- Parcel Drop centres/lockers
Our packaging is safe and discrete. If your package is damaged, check it thoroughly before accepting or do not accept the delivery.
 
11. Returns
Your right to change your mind within 30 days and receive a refund applies to most products bought online. Where you exercise this right you will be liable to pay the costs of return. You must contact us prior to sending the Product.
The Product must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. Nitrous oxide boxes must not be opened. We will not be able to offer a refund if these conditions are not complied with.
The original postage charge will not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
If a Product is faulty please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
You must contact us first prior to sending the Product to agree return. We will contact the manufacturer with any questions and send a replacement item as needed. You will need to pay return postage, but we will cover the postage for the outgoing product. If Product is found faulty after 7 days then you will need to contact manufacturer for warranty.
Products must be sent by recorded delivery or a trackable service. We are not responsible for returned items until they are signed for at our office.
Occasionally we have special offers which may include a Free Whipper. Whippers have passed quality control before they are dispatched. Free Whippers are not covered under our returns or refunds policy, and do not have a guarantee.
 
12. Buying cream chargers
There are additional conditions relating to purchases of cream chargers. These are because they contain nitrous oxide, which, if misused or inhaled, can cause health issues, such us narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially death.
We will refuse service to anyone who we suspect is intending to abuse the Products we sell.
Cream chargers we sell are only for use in preparation of food and beverages.
You can only buy cream chargers if you are over 18. We will require age verification from every person involved in an order. This includes the buyer (card or PayPal account holder) and intended recipient. We will ask you to email us a scan/photo of ID (driving licence, passport) for each named party. The name on the order must exactly match the name on the ID.
You will need to confirm to us what the end- use of the Product will be and that you ensure that cream chargers are not used in breach of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016.
There is currently a cap of 240 chargers per retail customer/residential address in any 14 day period. Orders made exceeding this limit will be declined and the funds returned. Repeated attempts to order in excess of this limit will result in a permanent ban on all future orders. We reserve the right to adjust this limit at any time without prior notice.
If you are a business and require larger quantities, please contact us to discuss a Wholesale Account Application.
Packaging & labelling of item must remain as intended for catering and cooking purposes and not be labelled for any intent to abuse the product.
You must follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
Once the product is received you must be aware that item is compressed gas and must have proper storage and transportation for the hazardous nature of the nitrous oxide. Before attempting to use any of our gas cartridges, ensure that you take the time to read through the manufacturer’s instructions that come complete with all of our products. Cream chargers contain nitrous oxide under great pressure. Any attempt to pierce the sealing cap of these chargers without the correct equipment could result in EXPLOSION INJURY & SERIOUS FREEZE BURNS. EXPLOSION DANGER – do not incinerate or expose chargers to the sun or heat. Temperature must not exceed 50C.
Must be kept out of reach of children.
When using a cream whipper, no more than 1 8g charger should be released in a 1/4L or 1/2 litre whipper, and no more than 2 8g chargers for a 1 litre whipper.
Full chargers cannot be disposed as they could cause injury to others.
Pressurised gas cartridges must not be taken on board an aeroplane. No excuses, you may be prosecuted.
Failure to adhere to the safety precautions and breach of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016 can lead to prosecution.
