NAS unit looked pristine and virtually unused. The HDD's included are two pair of matching drives, rather than 4 of the same kind, which is probably fine. Drive descriptions were not included in the original listing. Unit powered up and appears to be working but I haven't tested it extensively yet. Overall I'm very satisfied at this point. Well padded in bubble wrap for shipping.
