We supply New and Refurbished memories with 90 days hardware warranty only, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility. If we cannot remedy, RMA ( Returns Authorization Number ) will be issued via e-mail. RMA number needs to be marked clearly on the parcel when returning goods back to us.
