In order to even use the loader, I had to secure the door with duct tape each time I load a cartridge. The seller refunded me only for half of the item's cost. He declined to send the item back for a full refund and states in his feedback t that he is using it with duct tape on the door. I gave him 1/2 of the total price paid as suggested by Ebay. When I wrote to offer this suggestion, I never heard back- so that's how I handled this. Half refund and he kept the product. I am a trusted seller and more than happy to work with customers.
