Item ok; but the seller's behavior towards me is unprofessional, the communication with him is very bad. He always addresses my questions in an arrogant manner.

Buyer tried to scam me and force me to act against the ebay guidlines and my guidlines. He tries to force me and blackmails me. Buyer is unable to read and communicate in other languages. I offered multible times Aftersales service, even so he acts like a scammer, and I have proof that the item was in described condition

BAD SELLER. I requested assistance for an item that arrived with a missing piece. Find every excuse not to provide care. He claims that I want to defraud him when I provide evidence that the item arrived incomplete. Via email he branded me as a scammer, unprofessional behaviour.
Neutral feedback was given because I rate the transaction overall. If I wanted to be unfair I could have left 3 negative feedback, but I didn't.

BAD EXPERIENCE! Item arrived with part missing. The seller does not provide after-sales assistance and the communication with him is very rude and arrogant. He suggests making another purchase to get the missing piece. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM ANYMORE.

Buyer buys Item, says Item is Missing a Part. I ask for Pictures and he shows me the Same plane with and without the missing Part. I asked him to look at my Proof on the Packaging Video and the Video on the Offer. Also i Offer him the Aftersales service even so he looks like beeing a Scammer. Instead of applying for a Return, or taking my Aftersales offer he gives a Negative Feedback.

Calling a buyer who has problems with their purchase a scammer is not professional behavior. The video not published in the listing does not prove that the item I purchased is one of the three robots present in the video. And anyway you might have broken it too during the transformation. I continue to maintain that you never wanted to provide after-sales assistance and have always questioned my good faith by claiming that I am a scammer. My negative feedback is confirmed!
