The item in question was a sealed product and sold as New (Old Stock). Buyer claims it was resealed, not complete, stated we should have (unsealed) it to check to see it was complete which would have removed it from New condition, and expected a partial refund. We offer 30 day returns and would accept a return even paying for the shipping label depending on how she filed the return which she declined to do.
