Contacted them and was told the item was not in stock (blamed their computer) Said they’d reordered and offered to send it when back in stock or refund me. I responded that they did the same thing back to me in May and requested a refund. No reply or action until I opened a case in Ebay. They then sent the disk the next day. I’ve been dealing with these guys for years and they used to be good but not lately.
