Warunki prowadzenia sprzedaży
We strongly advise our customers to neither schedule nor commence any installation or fitting of goods until ALL goods have arrived and been checked thoroughly. We will accept no liability whatsoever for any costs, losses, damages or fees incurred by any party as a result of incomplete, cancelled or delayed installation and/or fitting of goods.
 
Please examine your goods AS SOON AS POSSIBLE following delivery and if there are any missing items or any signs of transit damage please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by sending a message via eBay with supporting images attached. Upon receipt of your claim we will review the images supplied and arrange immediate despatch of any replacement goods. DO NOT dispose of any goods nor any packaging (including pallets) unless we have explicitly instructed you to do so.
 
If you plan to store your goods for installation at a later date please open all boxes, thoroughly inspect all items and check that all items have been received within 48 hours of delivery. Once you have examined your items and checked your order is complete carefully repackage all items and store in accordance with the labels on the boxes.
 
Claims received later than 48 hours following delivery will be processed solely at our discretion based on merit. We will not process any claim received more than 14 calendar days following delivery for transit damage and/or defects that should have been evident during a visual inspection. Please note: the installation and/or fitting of any goods will be deemed as your acceptance those goods arrived in perfect condition.
 
During checkout you will be required to provide a contact telephone number; we advise you provide a mobile telephone number that our carriers can contact you via during normal business hours (9.00am - 5.00pm weekdays). Larger items are sent via a pallet carrier who will only attempt delivery once they have contacted you to arrange a suitable delivery slot. If our carriers are unable to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery slot your delivery will be delayed whilst we make attempts to obtain a suitable contact telephone number from you. We accept no liability whatsoever for delayed delivery of goods where you have provided an unsuitable contact telephone number and/or where our carriers have been unable to contact you on the telephone number that you have provided.
 
Should any goods be returned to us because either the carrier was unable to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery slot or nobody was available to sign for the delivery during the agreed delivery slot we will deduct a delivery charge and a collection fee from your refund once the goods arrive back to ourselves.
 
Please note that we can only deliver goods to the delivery address provided on your order and this address cannot be changed after you have placed your order. The carrier will not deliver to any address other than the one supplied with your order so please ensure you have selected/entered the correct delivery address during checkout.
 
If you refuse to accept delivery at the delivery address supplied during checkout your goods will be returned to us and we will reserve the right to deduct a collection charge from your refund.
 
All orders are typically despatched within 1 working day. As a general rule, orders received before 1.00pm on a working day are despatched the same day; orders received after 1.00pm or during weekends, Bank Holidays or over the Christmas holiday period are despatched the next available working day. These timescales are intended to be a guide only; despatch may be delayed where we are awaiting further information from you such as complete delivery address details or a suitable contact telephone number.
 
The final date you can order for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is Friday, 13th December 2024. Note this is conditional as a suitable contact telephone number MUST be supplied during checkout (see above).
 
Please note deliveries are kerbside to the first exterior door or nearest access point. The delivery driver is not insured to drive on private land or to take any part of your order inside your property nor into any communal area. Many larger items require two people to lift and carry safely; please ensure you have suitable assistance available for the item(s) you have ordered at the time your delivery slot has been booked for.
 
Please advise us using the Notes to seller box during checkout if there are any obstructions to large delivery vehicles such as narrow roads, weight limits or height restrictions. Failure to notify us about obstructions to large delivery vehicles may result in a significant delay to your delivery.
 
Please note: we do not allow collection in person for many of our Buy It Now format eBay listings; this ensures your goods are fully insured at all times whilst in transit.
 
Please note that many larger items are sent via a pallet network and therefore cannot be tracked whilst in transit; this includes all items containing tempered glass and all orders containing baths. Smaller items not requiring a pallet are sent via courier and can be tracked from 24 hours following despatch upon request.
 
You may cancel your order up to 30 calendar days following delivery provided you have neither fitted nor modified the goods in any way and the goods are still in perfect condition. Should you wish to cancel your order please inform us by sending a message via eBay clearly indicating your intention to cancel. We will reply to your message with the address you should return the goods to; please ensure you have sufficient insurance with your chosen carrier to cover the value of the goods whilst in transit. Upon receipt of the undamaged goods we will issue a full refund.
 
Smaller parcel items (i.e. taps, tools, pipe fittings, showers, toilet seats, mirrors 600mm or less) will typically cost no more than £8.00 to return.
 
Larger parcel items (i.e. bath panels, urinals, smaller furniture items 35kg or less, towel rails, radiators, shower trays up to 900mm) will typically cost no more than £25.00 to return.
 
Palletised items (i.e. all orders containing shower enclosures, wetroom screens, large mirrors, baths, shower trays over 900mm, furniture over 35kg, toilets, basins, bathroom suites, tiles) will typically cost no more than £85.00 to return. All orders delivered on a pallet should be returned on a pallet.
 
Please note that you should return all goods within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your intention to cancel. If the packaging arrives damaged (beyond that reasonably necessary to open and inspect the goods) or if the goods arrive later than 14 calendar days following your notification to cancel we reserve the right to deduct a 15% restocking charge.
 
Your chosen carrier may have additional packaging or labelling requirements for fragile items such as those containing tempered glass, ceramics or polished finishes. Please ensure you follow any such requirements from your chosen carrier when returning goods to us; failure to do so may invalidate your carriage insurance.
 
Should the goods arrive damaged we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity and we will supply supporting images that clearly show the damage; you will then need to claim the price you paid for the goods back from your chosen carrier. You will usually require the images supplied by ourselves and a copy of your eBay or PayPal invoice in order for your chosen carrier to process your claim.
 
Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery; your refund will only be processed once the goods have been received and inspected to ensure they are complete and in perfect condition. Please ensure your chosen carrier requires a signature upon delivery; we will request a copy of this proof of delivery (POD) signature in the case of any dispute.
