Came unsealed (was a gift for someone else), a crack in the cover and all the CD securing claws within the case were broken and rattling around, with the CD loose. CD plays fine, but hardly able to give as a gift to someone else.
Made contact requesting a partial refund or replacement and response was their CDs come with security tags, so the outer plastic seal is removed when removing the security devices. No further input, no partial refund, no offer to replace.
Won't deal with again. :(
