PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept payment by Ebay Managed Payments, PayPal, Cash on collection.
 
DISPATCH INFORMATION
We will endeavour to dispatch your item as soon as possible. On most items this will be the same day if ordered before 2pm (unless your item shows a 1 day or longer dispatch time). Please be aware however that, depending on the postal service selected, delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. If your order is urgent please feel free to contact us before purchase for further information on delivery methods and times.
 
The delivery times stated for shipping with a courier are quoted by the carrier but are not 100% guaranteed due to circumstances outside of their control. We, and our couriers, do everything we can to get your package to you as per the service offered but please appreciate that sometimes situations do arise that may cause a delay to your delivery. It is very infrequent that this happens but if it does occur then we will communicate with you as quickly as possible.
 
 
POSTAGE SHOWN IS FOR UK ONLY (certain UK areas are excluded from the standard delivery charges - please see below for further details). Most items can be sent to certain overseas destinations using Ebays Global Shipping Programme. Liquids, Aerosols and Batteries are UK Mainland only.
 
Royal Mail
Small or low value items will be sent using Royal Mail, 1st or 2nd Class Service. We prefer to use 1st class, but on certain items, to keep our prices to you as low as possible we offer 2nd class as the standard service. It is possible for you to upgrade to 1st class if required, or Special Delivery/ Courier service. Some items will be sent Recorded Delivery whereby a signature will be required upon delivery.
Please be aware that anything sent 1st or 2nd class mail is not a tracked service and does not have a guaranteed delivery time, although the Royal Mail guidelines are 1-2 working days for 1st class and 3-5 working days for 2nd class.
 
Courier Service
Large/heavy or high value items will be sent to UK MAINLAND (except certain Scottish Areas - please see below for specific postcodes) with our 24hr or 48hr Courier and will require a signature on delivery.
 
If there is no one available to sign then a calling card will be left for you to arrange redelivery or collect from the local depot.
 
The courier does request a telephone number for delivery so it would be helpful if you could include a phone number in your order details.
 
For Scottish Highlands & Islands plus certain Scottish Postcodes (see below), Isle Of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland please contact us prior to ordering for further information and a shipping quote as these areas are not covered with our usual courier delivery, and therefore the P&P price listed will not always apply – a surcharge may be applicable.
So as not to delay your order, please contact us before purchase regarding shipping to these areas. If you place an order and make payment prior to contacting us, and your address is in one of these areas then we may be required to email you regarding the shipping option and surcharges, which will mean we cannot ship your item until we have had a response from you.
