Delivery information:
 
- All orders are sent free via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. (maybe longer at busy periods)
We offer postage upgrades at the checkout should you wish for faster postage (1st class & Special Delivery)
 
- Most orders are usually delivered within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch BUT can take up to 10 working days.
 
- 1st class orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch BUT can take up to 7 working days.
 
- Once orders are dispatched we have no control over delivery. We rely upon Royal Mail to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Our postage are not guaranteed delivery day services and we can't guarantee when you'll receive your order.
 
- The delivery dates shown on the listing is an ESTIMATED delivery date provided by eBay. It's not guaranteed that you’ll receive it by the date shown, so please order in plenty of time. As we will not refund or accept returns for cards which arrive after this time and are late for the occasion.
 
- We dispatch our cards as quickly as possible some orders may be sent earlier but none will be late. We are unable to bump you up the queue to print your card earlier as we work on a first come first served basis to make it fair all round.

- The inside CAN be customised. Please leave us a message with the wording you would like clearly labelling it "Inside"
 
- Listing images are digital images. Colours can vary from screen to screen due to screen resolution. Colours can be different once printed and also vary on different print options and different card. Colours may not be exactly as you see them on your screen.
 
Returns:
 
- Unfortunately due to the item being personalised there's no returns or refund.
 
- If we've made an error with your order then we'll do our best to rectify the problem.
 
Cancelling your order after purchase:
 
- We print our cards as quickly as possible so it may not always be possible to cancel your order. Please message us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel.
