Terms and Conditions
This document explains our policies in all such scenarios. Please note that there is a difference between Business Customers and Consumers. See the terms listed below.
Please be aware that any discrepancies between your order and the goods received must be notified within 2 days of receipt of the items.
Terms:
“Business Customer” means a customer who is not a consumer. Reseller of products falls under this category.
“Consumer” means an individual who is not acting for the purposes of his or her business or profession

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply on UK sales for consumer (end users)
Pictures are provided as a guide only and should not be used to assume the inclusion of items such as enclosures, cables and adapters. Please contact us if you want confirmation of the exact items included. Item sold was hardware only, software issue will not be entertain. The buy it now doesn't include after sale services for software support
Payment
Payment will only be accepted by PayPal or Bank Accounts Credit (EURO & GBP accounts available). Exchange rate follow google or XE.com real time rate offer for European customer with VALID VIES VAT ID for zero VAT sales to Europe.
Payment must be received within 2 days (48 hours ) of the date of your purchase. No items are processed for shipping until payment is received. order will be cancel if no payment received after 48hours
Post & Packing
Where an item is for delivery rather than collection by the buyer, items will be shipped by Courier and will require a signature on delivery. Please note that we will always ship to the PAYPAL confirmed address, so please ensure that your details are correct as we will not accept liability for parcels where old or incorrect addresses are supplied by the buyer. In unlikely event if parcel was damged, please dont sign for the parcel and demand the delivery courier return to sender.
P&P costs are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
Condition of Goods and Status
Unless otherwise stated the goods are used, tested, and in good second-hand condition. They are supplied with three months (90 days) Return to Base Warranty (the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs). Faulty items will be replaced, or a refund (for the item value only, not the shipping charges) if we have no replacement available.
Where refunds are appropriate they will be given only on receipt of the faulty item and when it has been checked by our technical staff.
Items described as "untested", "engineering sample" or “spares only” are untested and are NOT returnable or refundable. They are supplied without warranty at the buyers’ risk.
How we would prefer to work
All communication should be by email. Please try to avoid using PayPal for questions, feedback or problems.
Please don't wait until the last minute before asking questions! For compatiblity we are happy to advice via email prior purchased, return will cost extra time and money as we need to re-test all item before re-sell them to next customer.
If you have a problem we will resolve it. Please email us before posting a negative review and again for the quickest response please email b@nn15.co.uk .Emails sent to us outside of normal office hours will not be answered until the next working day.
It is the BUYER's responsibility to ensure the item(s) in this auction will fit/work on their machine - no refunds will be given for the buyer purchasing the wrong item. (restocking fee of 20% on item price if buyer purchased by mistake or error, wrong fitment etc. Buyer responsible to return the item in their expenses)
If an item was purchased in error and damaged due to the wrong fitment, no refund will be given and warranty void. (i.e. wrong CPU socket or computer memory and raid controller card, voltage different will damaged product we sold and warranty doesnt apply if it was damaged due to mis-handling)
By purchasing a cleaned and refurbished machine, the onus is very much upon the purchaser to correctly install an operating platform and all of the necessary drivers.
Brexit update
It is the BUYER's responsibility to ensure local import tax and courier handling fee have to be paid for. Since BREXIT goods purchased from UK to EU subject to EU import tax, item price reduced to zero UK VAT rate for export out of UK to accomodate this changed. If parcel was deliberately rejected by buyer in EU due to tax avoidance or refused to accept because of the import tax levy not paid. Seller will deduct the original shipping cost paid for the order when refund, and also relevant charges for bringing the item back to UK after parcel was refused delivery by buyer. If the parcel was loss or not returned to seller due to rejected delivery, no refund will be given.

Cancelation Policy:
To cancel a web order there will be no charge for doing so if you email us, quoting the order reference number or your PO number, before the item is dispatched otherwise a re-stocking fee of 20% applied .
If the item has already been dispatched, then the best advice is don’t open the shipment when it arrives. Customers may then arrange for the shipment to be returned to us within 2 working days of the goods arrival (i.e. item arrived Monday need to returned by Wednesday, item arrived on Friday need to return by coming week Tuesday provide no public bank holiday in between) . Please ensure that item return is adequately re-packaged, preferably using the original outer packaging, otherwise a re-stocking fee of 20% may be applied.
The goods must be unused and received by us in a resalable condition including all accessories, packing etc. within two working days of the goods being signed for by the customer. You will be required to organize and pay for the return delivery and you should arrange insurance against loss or damage to the goods while in transit otherwise lost goods liability would be yours.

Non-Faulty Returns Conditions/ reject parcel due to tax not paid:
In the event that we, at our absolute discretion, agree to accept the return for credit of unwanted products, the Goods must be returned with our prior written agreement within two working days of delivery. The Goods must be unopened, with the manufacturers’ seals intact and in perfect resalable condition. All non-faulty returns out of returning window are liable to a 20% restocking fee (depends upon circumstance), unless incorrectly shipped. Incorrectly supplied items must be returned in their original condition, or a re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged. If customer rejected the parcel because import tax not paid it will be subject to 20% restocking fee on the product plus the cost to bring back the parcel charged by foreign UPS/DHL (Shipping charge paid on export order is not refundable on none paying import tax parcel).
Original condition:
Accessories, manuals, software and warranties must be enclosed in their original packaging and should be undamaged. Securely repackage the item/items in the same way that they were sent to you.
Faulty Items under Warranty
If products encounter a fault, please raise an RMA request by agreeing to the terms and conditions below. Buyer will need to quote our order number, the date of purchase, and the serial number of the faulty item. Once we have confirmed that the faulty product is still under warranty, one of our engineers will try to resolve your problem via remote access.
If the problem persists, an RMA Number will be issued, and you will need to follow our standard RMA procedure. Once the item has been returned, we will test it and fix the problem. If the item cannot be repaired, we will send out a replacement. Replacement hardware will be identical or equivalent specification.
RMA Procedure
Please raise an RMA request by agreeing to the terms and conditions below. This is required for the return of all items to our address at 162 London Road Kettering NN15 6DS England UK regardless of the reason for return
Items should be returned in their original condition. All accessories, manuals, software, and warranties should also be enclosed in their original packaging and should be undamaged.
Once you have received your RMA number, securely repackage the items in the same way you received (ideally inside the original outer box). If the original box is marked or damaged in any way, a restocking fee of 20% may be applied
Ensure the package has the RMA number clearly visible on the outer box, otherwise the package will not be accepted or will be return to original shipper. (due to covid parcel will not be signed for and leave at reception by courier)
Using a label, ensure our full address is clearly displayed on the outside of the package –
Once goods have been received and tested, we will ship out the replacement item next working days
Please note that any discrepancies between your PO and the goods received must be notified within two days of receipt of the items
Goods Damaged in Transit:
If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it is very important to sign for the goods as damaged on arrival with the courier, and then contact us immediately or us. If items were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within two working days of delivery. Please mark as UNCHECKED or DAMAGED if box have dropped and sign of dented
The following reasons can invalidate replacement of the hardware:
The item is not faulty against the information given on the RMA form
The item has been tampered with or is physically damaged
The wrong software is being used.
Wrong fitment to wrong machine,
CPU fitted to wrong socket
Wrong sas controller or raid controlelr use
Faulty electrical (motherboard or powersupply) volatge of client machine damaged our products by overheating installed in damped place or operating the product at wrong temperature environment
short circuit electrical flow that strays outside its intended circuit with little or no resistance to that flow causing damaged on our products
We reserves the right to charge 20% restocking fee if:
There is any damage to the original packaging
There are missing components or accessories
