As this is just a bypass/diagnostics device for faulty seat mats, seatbelts, tpms sensors, etc. we cannot take any responsibility for any damages to your car or responsibility for any legal issues that may arise from installing these devices. Any problems that arise from installing this unit are the responsibility of the buyer/installer and this will not harm your car if installed correctly. Even if it fits and works with the majority of variants specified by us we still cannot guarantee that it will work with every single vehicle. This may not be a legal fix for your vehicle in certain countries.

Product size shape and colour may differ from time to time but that does not affect overall quality and durability.

Our Seat Occupancy Mat and Seat Belt Emulators come with a 10-year warranty. TPMS Bypass comes with a 2-year warranty. Warranty includes repair or replacement of the product and a valid receipt(s) must be provided. Our Seat Mat emulators may last for life in your vehicle but you should be aware that this should not be used as a permanent solution. Therefore, DO NOT USE this module with a child seat in the front passenger seat.

We cannot take any responsibility for additional costs that may arise for our product installation, diagnostics, faults reset, etc. We cannot accept any responsibility for import tax and duty charges and responsibility for delayed goods by Postal Service or Customs as in some cases, there are delivery delays that are out of our control – (Bank) holidays, weekends, long cross-country trips, slow-moving Parcel Post, surface route delays, bad weather, Customs inspections, etc.

Before you return any of our items please make sure to contact us via eBay or email first so that we provide a correct return address for you.

If it appears that you have purchased the wrong type of item, changed your mind or the item does not work as expected we'll be glad to offer a replacement or refund within 60 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns after 3 months of receipt. For items returned in broken, a damaged condition only partial or no refund will be issued.

Please pack it safely in a small/standard size bubble envelope and send it back by standard shipping method as a letter or large envelope, no express or special delivery is necessary. Make sure you include your eBay username, full name, purchase date and the reason for the return, for us to be able to process replacement/refund efficiently.

Opening a return request isn’t necessary. Item(s) has to be returned or on its way back before any refund can be processed. Returned items have to be in their original condition with all accessories that were included at the time of purchase.

In cases where our item(s) after testing will be confirmed as not functioning properly or faulty, we’ll credit your return fees. In other cases, if a device was purchased by mistake or changed your mind buyer himself would be responsible for return fees.

We are unable to provide prepaid return labels for customers outside the UK but we'll still credit your return fees when an item is faulty/damaged.

Please allow us up to 2-3 business days for inspection/testing, replacement or refund after goods are received.
