All orders are normally dispatched within 1 – 2 working day via Royal Mail from receiving the order (This does not apply to weekend orders, any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched either Monday or Tuesday at the latest)). PLEASE NOTE, Deliveries to none mainland UK can take up to 25 working days to arrive with the customer.

If no one is available to take delivery a calling card will be left by Royal Mail. The customers will then need to contact Royal Mail to arrange a re-delivery date. If Royal Mail is still unable to deliver at this point, the goods will be returned back to Premier Lighting Ltd.
Premier Lighting Ltd then reserves the right to charge any additional re-delivery costs. "Please note" The customer is strictly required to examine the goods at the point of delivery and sign 'received in good condition'. If this is not possible please sign for stating 'unchecked' If the package is damaged please refuse delivery and the goods will be returned to us at no extra cost to the customer.
Premier Lighting Ltd will then supply another lamp shade for re-delivery back to the customer at no extra cost to the customer.
