Warunki prowadzenia sprzedaży
1. - Ads and auctions -
1.1 OD&D B.V. is not responsible for mistakes or faulty information in our ads and auctions. The buyer cannot claim any property resulting from these mistakes.
1.2 Items bought in auction or stated as “Sold as is” can’t be returned to us. We only accept return of item(s) when the product(s)is different then we set in our ads.
1.3 Before a buyer can return an object, the buyer has to contact us thru the Ebay message system with a description of the problem with the unit. If agreed by us then the buyer can set up an return request true Ebay or directly to us.
1.4 When we state that an item is untested - unknown working condition and SOLD AS IS then we simply don't know if the item works or not.
We are not going to check it either.
And SOLD AS IS means; NO returns and NO refunds.
 
2. – Package and shipment -
2.1 Our warehouse sends out the packages twice a week. All packages that are paid on that time will leave our warehouse. If otherwise you will be contacted by one of our warehouse employee’s.
2.2 We care about good and shock free packaging of your bought items and do our best to package your items as good as possible. It can be possible that an item comes broken, in that case we need serval photos of Package, Front of item, Back of item serial included and top of item.
2.3 When stated that an item is over 30kg in the EU or 20kg outside the EU, then you have to ask for a quote of transport cost. These items cant be sent by regular post due to the heavy weight. A track and trace number cannot be provided in this case only an estimate date of arrival of the transport.
2.4 Refunds on transport will not be given, and the buyer is responsible to be at home or contact the transport company, When buying we need a correct address, telephone number and E-mail.
2.5 Each package can vary in weight.
The transport costs in the eBay ads are estimated.
It can happen that the transport costs are higher and that the buyer needs to pay extra for the difference. We are sorry if that happens.
2.6 OD&D B.V. is responsible for the way of packing products when send to the customers.
OD&D – Outlaw equipment is not responsible for the transport of the goods. The responsibility stops when the package(s) is/are delivered at the postal service.
 
IF a package ends up here again the buyer MUST pay the transport costs again.
The buyer can hold PostNL responsible but cannot demand from OD&D B.V. to solve the problem.
 
3. – Paying and invoices
3.1 Most of the products we sell are margin goods, see "marge regeling" in The Netherlands, therefore on most products there is no VAT. To keep it simple; We have to pay the VAT on the difference between the buy and sell price ourselves.
VAT on margin products is possible, then it will be on top of the original price.
If VAT is applicable on an item then it will be calculated.
The VAT rate in the Netherlands is 21%.
3.2 An invoice other then the one provided by Ebay can be requested, We can set up an invoice other then the one Ebay provided. If an invoice is requested we will charge € 6,50 administration fee and will be charged true Paypal. We will sent the invoice in pdf.
3.3 Payments can be done by: Paypal and Wire transfer. We don’t have any other payment options.
