We accept PayPal and credit and debit cards none payment reminders will be sent after 2 days on all payment methods. If payment has not been received after 4 days a case for none payment will be opened.
Shipping
We take good care in packaging and checking every item to ensure safe shipment to your.We do remove the socks from their packaging so we can send free large letter otherwise we would have to send as a parcel at a extra cost to our customers. We do send original packaging. All orders are dispatched within one working day off cleared payment if your order and payment is received before 1.30 pm Monday till Friday will be dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch weekends or Bank Holidays all orders and payment received after 1.30 pm on a Friday will not be dispatched till Monday. Orders and payments received during bank a holiday period will not be dispatched till first posting day after the holiday. We always are in receipt of proof of posting, so if your parcel should not arrive or it's damaged, we can launch an investigation for you with royal mail. We post free 2nd class royal mail all orders are scanned on delivery if you wish to pay for 1st class, or next day delivery please amend the postage when placing your order.

All items returned must be received within 30 days from receipt of item. Must be returned in a resalable condition with all tags attached and original packaging and not smelling of smoke.
