Delivery
Items are normally posted on Monday’s Wednesday’s & Friday’s.
When you receive an email, item dispatched this means that the item has been processed for Dispatch, actual dispatch time could be 3 days later!
Example: Item purchase Friday 10:00. Item packed Friday Night 19:00 & email sent item dispatched. Item actual post day Monday Between 12:30 & 17:30.

I use the Royal Mail Ltd postal service to send most items. Please note delivery times given on eBay & The Royal Mail website are an *estimate*. I CAN’T GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIMES & DATES THIS IS A GUIDE ONLY!
Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until after 15 working days (UK) 20 days (Europe) & 25 days (Rest of the world).

Please note! Airmail is a cheaper option but does not come with ANY ON-LINE TRACKING! Items lost in the post will not be insured for loss of postage cost!

The cost for this is normally £5.00 GBP on top of standard Airmail cost.
If you purchase this option your item will be covered for full loss of item & Postage. Includes online tracking.

I do sometimes reduce costs for multiple purchases after the package has been weighed. I always obtain a receipt from the post office as I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing, lose their stamps, get lost in transit or even indeed damaged. If this is a concern, PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR SPECIAL DELIVERY OR RECORDED DELIVERY COSTS.
Sellers Standard P&P charge quoted for my items include postage, packaging and handling fees (this includes travel to post office).
Please note in most purchases you should not pay more that £1.00 GBP

As communication is the key to a smooth transaction.
We are always Happy to leave positive feedback for you only after we know the purchased item has been received. We mail out many items each week and never hear back about some of them, with the purchaser probably wondering why we did not provide positive feedback. We cannot know a transaction is complete until we hear from you by leaving feedback for us. Refunds are rarely given as any faults with items listed are stated in the description and reflected in the starting price, so email me first if you do have any questions.
Faulty items, all items are checked before dispatch so it’s very rare you’ll encounter any problems with your purchase.
Payment
I use PayPal for payment, by request sometimes personal cheque (UK only) Items only dispatch after cleared payment.
Buy it now items must be paid for instantly, Payment for items won on Auction should be made within 4-days of item ending otherwise an unpaid item report will be filed and item will be re-listed. IF YOU INTEND TO GO ON HOLIDAY YOU MUST LET ME KNOW BEFORHAND.
