Barnardo's Shop promises to not end auctions early or accept offers. It is our eBay policy to let all auctions run their course and be fair to all customers and supporters.

Collection in Person

The Barnardo's Online Shop offers collection in person for certain items. If you are collecting an item in person, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase and a signature to confirm you have collected the item.

Singapore and Countries With Laws About Purchasing From Charities

Please note that we are a charity and have the understanding that buyers from Singapore will have great difficulty in paying for items from us due to certain laws. Please be aware of this and consider how you will pay for your item (as we do not offer any other payment options than PayPal) before bidding on any of the items on our shop.

The Barnardo’s Shop can only accept PayPal payments. We do not offer any other payment. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Payment Time Allowance

The Barnardo’s Shop is happy to wait a total of 7 days for payment of any item. On the 8th day the transaction will automatically be cancelled.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item please contact us to discuss the refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase using return systems page, items returned after 30 days may not be refunded. Buyers will be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is proven fault or inaccurately described.
