TERMS AND POLICY

BY PLACING PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT TO YOUR CUSTOM ORDER YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR AGREEMENT WITH LUCASO SIGNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIME:

Unless specified on your order, our standard production time is between 12 to 18 business days following California State Calendar, under regular circumstances excluding possible delays caused due to raw material shortage on the market (or specified for specific projects). Rush production within 6 business days is offered as additional service detailed on your invoice (not all orders qualify for rush production). Delivery Time is calculated from production + shipping + installation times (when required), shipping method may affect delivery dates due to carriers, freight shipments use to be slower than regular currier/express services as FeDex or UPS.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Custom orders: After order is placed, payment is cleared and artwork sent to your email and approved by buyer (order will be considered as approved ready for production), order cannot be cancelled and refund cannot be placed however order value might qualify for a future order credit. Lucaso Signs process custom manufacturing, after order is placed and payment is

processed an order modification might be considered depending production status, ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED after 24hrs from payment. If order payment has passed 24hrs and a cancellation is requested, depending production status can be placed on hold or cancelled, eighter way production status does not qualify for a refund, however Lucaso Signs can place a credit for the order amount minus any fees generated (if any) for future orders.

NOTE: CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS WITH QUANTITIES OVER 5 SETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Abandoned Orders: ADDITIONAL FEES MAY BE APPLIED FOR UNCLAIMED ORDERS AFTER 90 DAYS. 90 DAYS POLICY: After 90 days of no contact from customer with either instructions, artwork approval, files, or unclaimed orders will be considered as Abandoned order, creating additional fees as design fee, storage fees and warranty expiration. Lucaso Signs may dispose of unclaimed orders.

Policy and Terms will be considered as Accepted once payment is received.

Lucaso Signs Llc provides estimates per customer request. After its approval invoice is generated and Payments must be done through our website, email, Paypal, Check, Wire Transfer or Ebay s Custom Listing. Full advance payment is required when total order is equal or less than Usd $4,999.00. When Order is equal or more than Usd $5,000.00 a 60% as minimum deposit is required, then 40% or equivalent balance is due when order is ready for Installation and/or shipping against pictures, order will not be shipped out on existing pending balances, Lucaso Signs Llc may hold the order up to 90 calendar days while balance is paid (please check our abandoned Orders Policy for more information).

SHIPPING

Freight Carriers might present unexpected delays and several exceptions, unfortunately Lucaso Signs cannot handle delivery time after cargo is delivered to Carrier. Lucaso Signs offers free shipping and Freight Shipments to a Commercial address ONLY, no expedited shipments service available by using our free shipping service.

WARRANTY

Thank you for choosing Lucaso Signs Llc. If there is a problem with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read through our Replace, Return or refund policy stated below.

Lucaso Signs offers limited warranties. Only Under Manufacturing or Installation done by our staff up to 3 years excluding weather, natural disasters or physical damages caused for third parties. All Electrical and Electronic parts are covered by Lucaso Signs up to 1 year or following electrical part manufacturer specs, Lucaso Signs covers its warranty limited to 1 year on LED modules, LED Fixtures, Digital Boards, Power Supplies, Timers and any other electric or electronic devices used to complete sign function.

Durability on digital printing, composites, plastics, foams or other sign material varies depending on scope of project, to be specified on the quotation.

What is Not Covered Under Warranty, Problems with installation and issues of consumer damage done by third-parties, power supplies and leds are shipped out previously tested during assembling, any malfunction on power supplies or leds requires an investigation at Lucaso Signs facilities, Foam Products are not covered under any warranty besides fabrication defects. “All production orders are detailed inspected and tested prior shipping, and/or after installation executed by Lucaso Signs to ensure its quality condition”.

If warranty claim for malfunction or damages due to shipping is requested, it should be placed within 10 calendar days after delivery, fabrication defects and/or malfunctions requires evidence for proper investigation by Lucaso Signs. If 10 days have gone from delivery/installation date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an immediate warranty coverage, refund or exchange. If so, product needs to be shipped back to our facilities for an inspection based on manufacturing defects or third-party damages (not covered). Shipping cost is on customer s expense if 10 days of initial delivery already passed,

DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING

Physical damages due to shipping should be reported immediately to Lucaso Signs Customer service, we will place a formal claim with the Carrier Company (Shipments are insured under invoice value) Lucaso Signs will review and investigate the damages for a partial or total replacement free of charge to customer if evidence damages were due to shipping. If so, product or part will be manufactured within 12 business days. To complete damages, report due to shipping we need the following information: pictures of: 1- Shipping Label with Tracking Number 2- Damages on Package photos 3- Damages on product photos 4- Send all pictures and additional information with Invoice or Order information to customer@lucasosigns.com

RETURNS

Lucaso Signs Llc offer final sales only (No refunds will be granted after order is Placed and returns will not be accepted without approval). Your purchase may qualify and can be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and reported by sending an email to customer@lucasosigns.com with order/invoice number. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, clear pictures, shipping slip picture and Original Packing. Any item not in its original condition, original package, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO BE COVERED BY LUCASO S WARRANTY and RETURN elegibility.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any item not in its original condition, original package, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE for a Refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LUCASO SIGNS INSTALLATIONS (If applicable)

Area where new project will be installed needs to be clear, clean and ready to install the new project (unless specified on the quotation additional scope of work), REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTRICAL SIGNS: Building must have ready a dedicated Breaker 20 Amps at 110-120 Volts and a timer or watt stopper, with a Junction Box point no farther than 10 feet of distance from the new sign location. (Unless specified on the quotation additional scope of work) building electrical job (power, cables, conduits and wiring points for the sign) is additional scope of project from the regular sign installation. REQUIREMENTS FOR PRINTS INSTALLATIONS: Surface must be clear, clean and ready for new sign project installation (unless specified on the quotation additional scope of work as previous graphics removals, surface paints, cleaning is not included on a regular installation).

WRAPS.

Vehicle (Car, Truck, Boat, Loncheras, Trailers, Bikes and other surfaces) needs to be fresh washed, no polish creams and free of dust grease and rust.
