    The products we sell are authentic and we always check them before shipping to avoid sending any defective product, however in very rear occasions once a customer receives a defective item they must contact us providing a photo clearly showing the defect, and as soon as we receive the photo we will take action the same day.
     
    If a customer decides to return one of our products, it must be in it's original condition, unopened and unused. Buyer pays for return postage except sending back a defective or wrong item sent by us.
     
    In case of a problem or a return where it's as a result of the customer's fault like misapplication or used item, the postage cost to the seller is non-retrievable.
     
    Sold item cannot be returned because of a misapplication where the seller (EVM Shop) cannot be held responsible of.
