1) General provisions

a) Clients within the meaning of the Rules are both consumers and entrepreneurs

2) Conclusion of the agreement

a) Price lists, descriptions, advertisements and other information about Products placed on the website of the SELLER constitute an invitation to conclude an agreement as stipulated in Article 71 of the Civil Code

b) The customer is able to select products within the online shop and place them in a virtual "shopping cart". Before placing an order, the customer has the opportunity to check the order data in the virtual shopping cart

c) By sending an order from the virtual "shopping cart", the customer places a binding order for the items contained therein. Once an order has been placed, the customer receives a confirmation via the eBay messaging system.

d) If the offer does not state otherwise, the Seller realizes the shipment from the territory of Poland to most countries in the world.

e) In the event that delivery is not possible, the Seller will refund the buyer the entire amount paid.

3) Prices

The support structure is quite vulnerable to shipping damage. A couple of the support parts were protruding from the box when it was received. Ultimately, installation confirmed that they were bent and had to be re-shaped for proper fitment. The area where the muffler seated against the leading exhaust pipe had what appeared to be weld splatter that had to be ground off with a Dremel. Those problems corrected, it appears to be just what I wanted. I the MX-5 came with this muffler.

Item is great and as described. Had to pay an additional $35 shipping fee after already paying for shipping. Item was shipped 7 days after payment, but still arrived in decent time. Would recommend the seller and the item.
