Impossible to communicate with. The mistake was my fault but they refused to acknowledge that I was trying to fix the problem before they shipped and they shipped it out anyhow. I should have canceled instead of assuming they would give care. If I could give them less than one star for communication, I would. I will never see the item, nor will I know how well it shipped.
