Art. 1 EIGENTUMSVORBEHALT / RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

(2) Aufgrund der aktuellen Lage und Auswirkungen durch das Coronavirus können die Versandkosten außerhalb Deutschlands abweichen. Sollte die vertragliche Versandart nicht mehr oder nur unter größeren Umständen oder Ungewissheiten möglich sein, bestehen insbesondere Ein- oder Ausfuhrbeschränkungen im Land der Vertragsparteien durch Bestimmungen des Landes selbst oder durch das Transportunternehmen, steht beiden Vertragsparteien ein Recht zum Rücktritt zu.
