Delivery - If cleared funds are received by 3pm on a working day (Mon to Fri, excluding holidays) most items are despatched the same day, if this is not possible we promise to either despatch your order within 3 working days or contact you if this is not possible. Paypal and Credit Card payments clear immediately, but please allow 5 working days for clearance if paying by cheque.

Returns Policy - At 1stMX we pride ourselves on our customer service. You can return any item to us within 14 working days of receipt for any reason and get a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. In addition, if the error is ours or the goods are faulty will re-imburse any reasonable return carriage costs you incur. Unfortunately we cannot accept any goods where we have not been notified of a problem within 14 working days.
