Warunki prowadzenia sprzedaży

Art. 1 EIGENTUMSVORBEHALT / RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

Der Liefergegenstand bleibt Eigentum des Auftragnehmers bis zur Erfüllung sämtlicher ihm gegen den Auftraggeber aus der Geschäftsverbindung zustehenden Ansprüche.

Sollte die vertragliche Versandart nicht mehr oder nur unter größeren Umständen oder Ungewissheiten möglich sein, bestehen insbesondere Ein- oder Ausfuhrbeschränkungen im Land der Vertragsparteien durch Bestimmungen des Landes selbst oder durch das Transportunternehmen, steht beiden Vertragsparteien ein Recht zum Rücktritt zu.
