We are more than happy to accept any returns within a 14 day period BUT PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A 20% ADMINISTRATION CHARGE WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR INITIAL PAYMENT. Please return goods back to us at your cost, for a refund. All serial numbers of every product are noted before shipping out. If any items are faulty they must be returned to us within 14 days and we will get our technical department to test the item. If faulty a refund will be issued minus the postage cost it cost us to originally send out to you and if it is not faulty and you have returned item to us as faulty, PLEASE NOTE we will minus the original postage cost it cost us to send out to you and minus a 20% Administration charge from the refund!! Dyson Vacuum Spares guarantees all parts against defective workmanship or materials for a period of 85 days from date of supplying invoice. They must be fitted by a competent person. Please make sure they are sent to us via tracked methods so they are covered under insurance.

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us not complying with these Conditions is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us not complying with these Conditions.
