Following your purchase you will be forwarded an invoice with order details & payment method. Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase, after that time has passed eBay will be contacted & an un-paid item dispute will be opened.

RETURNS POLICY
 
We are very honest with our descriptions/photos so please ensure the item is what you want & that you fully understand the condition of the item as we do not accept returns on auction items unless the mistake is ours.
 
If you are unhappy in any way with the item(s) you have ordered, we will exchange them , except for non returnable items, or provide a refund if faulty.
For new goods, they should be returned unworn & unlaundered, with all original labels & packaging intact & all garments should be in a proper re-saleable condition and should be returned to us within 7 days of receipt once you have notified us that you wish to return them.
 
Please note that due to the intimate nature & for hygiene reasons we do not except returns on the following items once packets have been opened;
Socks, hosiery, underwear.
 
All returnable goods will be inspected on return & our decision will be final.
 
Returns on “Buy it Now” items are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. All unwanted or wrong size goods will be less original postage & packing charge once item is received back to us.
