Warunki prowadzenia sprzedaży
1) General The supplier or proposed supplier of empty inkjet and toner cartridges shall be referred to as "The Account Holder". These terms and conditions constitute the entire understanding between the parties for the supply of empty inkjet and toner cartridges. 2) Pricing All prices are quoted net of VAT or other taxable charges and are subject to change without notice. Prices advertised on our website, via a quote or on a pricelist apply to The Account Holder. Price Lists are reviewed and/or changed around the start of the month, but can change without notice. 3) Acceptance Empty Inkjet and Toner cartridges Recyclink will accept all empty inkjet and toner cartridges for recycling that adhere to the following requirements. The cartridge must have only been used once and must not have been refilled in any way. (Exceptions may apply, where we will pay for non-virgin or compatible items where it is indicated on our price list or the account holders quote). The original brand label must be present and intact. Intact means the label has no holes or tears in it and no obvious attempt has been made to remove the label. (Exceptions may apply, where we will pay for non-virgin or compatible items where it is indicated on our price list or the account holders quote). The printhead or toner cartridge has no visible signs of damage (i.e. small dents or scratches). The cartridge is undamaged and completely intact. The cartridge must not have been refilled or reused in any way. (Exceptions may apply, where we will pay for non-virgin where it is indicated on our price list or the account holders quote). The cartridge must pass any applicable electrical tests. The cartridge must not be a compatible or counterfeit unit or been produced in any way to indicate it is similar to an original cartridge. (Exceptions may apply, where we will pay certain compatible items where it is indicated on our price list or the account holders quote). The ink or toner cartridge must not be excessively leaking. Please note that: We do not pay for any empty laser toner bottles, unless stated. We do not accept any waste toner bottles, cartridge ribbons or WEEE waste and we reserve the right to apply a charge for its appropriate recycling to the account holder. 4) Passing of Title Recyclink shall assume full title to all items upon receipt. Recyclink does not accept any responsibility for any goods that do not arrive, are lost in transit or which are not accepted as receipts for any reason whatsoever. Recyclink will not accept receipt of any items for which postage has not been fully paid. Recyclink will arrange for the safe recycling of any items that do not meet the acceptance criteria as stated above and reserves the right to apply a charge to the account holder for doing so. 5) Allocation of Value Once Recyclink has accepted receipt of a returned item and confirmed that the item complies with the relevant requirements in section 3, an amount per item, as shown in the relevant price list or quote, will be allocated to the Account Holders Return Account. 6) VAT Registered Account Holders If the account holder is VAT Registered, this must be declared when signing up for a recycling account with Recyclink or eBay. The Account Holder must contact Recyclink via Info@recycle-ink.co.uk or have their VAT number visible within eBay in order to indicate this and supply their VAT Registration number. VAT Requests are automatically generated and emailed to the account holder. The account holder must provide a valid invoice for the amount that has been requested, plus VAT. Please note VAT requests that have been outstanding for more than 3 months, for which we have not received an invoice will be removed and subsequently no payment(s) will be made. VAT requests are paid on the last Friday of the calendar month or upfront on eBay (Excluding public holidays). In such an instance the account holders balance will be settled the next working day. 7) Settlement of accounts Recyclink currently offers the following settlement methods for amounts owed. a. Bank Transfer b. PayPal c. Donation to a charity A. Payment by bank transfer Recyclink will make payment by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the account holder. Bank transfer payments are processed the Friday of each fortnight (Excluding public holidays). In such an instance the account holders balance will be settled the next working day. Payment will only be made once the account balance reaches £5.00 or more or when quoted on eBay. If the account holders balance is below this level at the time of transfer, the amount will remain on the account until such a time as the £5.00 limit is reached. Where receipt of a payment is disputed by the account holder, investigation and the repayment of any monies will be solely at the discretion of Recyclink or eBay. B. Donation to a charity Once the item/s have been sold, Recyclink will donate 100% of the value of the item to the charity you have chosen to recycle for. You will be notified of the amount we intend to donate and will not be able to reclaim your donation. 8) Price List and Quote changes Recyclink reserves the right to change an account holders price list or quote and their classification at its discretion and without notice. If you send in items we will pay the current value for the grade of cartridge as decided by Recyclink at the time of processing, not the time the items were posted. 9) Processing of consignments Consignments are received on a first come, first served basis and as such during busy times of the year, it may take up to one month to process them. All account holders who supply an email address during the account sign up process, shall receive an email notification when their consignment arrives, has been processed and their items have been inspected, graded and categorised. Disputes over quantities, models, makes, branding and/or value of any item(s) returned shall be investigated at the sole discretion of Recyclink or eBay. Where an investigation does take place, the outcome of the investigation by Recyclink is final. Due to WEEE waste regulations and waste transfer regulations, Recyclink is unable to return any items to the sender, whether or not they are faulty or are requested to be returned during dispute. The account holder can arrange collection of items but Recyclink must be satisfied the collector is a registered waste carrier and the account holder is a registered WEEE waste processor. 10) Postage and Collections Empty Inkjet and Toner cartridges Recyclink does not take any responsibility for the loss and/or damage of any item(s) during transit. Recyclink strongly recommends that all account holders pack their item(s) appropriately to minimise the risk of damage during transit. We recommend that all item(s) with a high value that are being returned to us, should be sent via recorded/tracked delivery. All item(s) returned to Recyclink for recycling should be done so with the appropriate purchase order number visible, this will be provided to you at the checkout stage or quotation stage. If item(s) are not clearly marked with the purchase order number, Recyclink cannot be held responsible for any problems with the processing of these item(s) Recyclink has the right to refuse to arrange a collection of any shipment of the product it does not wish to accept. 11) Amendments or Withdrawal Recyclink reserves the right to amend or withdraw these terms and conditions without notice to the account holder. At all times, an up to date copy of the Terms & Conditions in place are posted on our website www.recycle-ink.co.uk/terms. 12) Privacy Policy In order for Recyclink to complete its contractual obligations to an account holder, Recyclink will need to collect information about the account holder. To create an account and process consignments and payments, Recyclink will need to know the account holder's full name, full address, email address, telephone number and bank details. Recyclink will not share your personal data with external companies.
