Warunki prowadzenia sprzedaży
I want to provide the very best service I can to my customers, returns or exchanges (for equivalent purchase value) are therefore accepted within 30 days, however the buyer is to pay the return postage cost. You are advised to get proof of postage or send by tracked post; I cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. Refunds will be issued on receipt of returned goods, in accordance with terms laid out below.
 
Please contact me IN ADVANCE through eBay messages to request / arrange a return, explaining the reason for this. Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your item(s); item(s) to be returned within 30 days.
 
Original postage costs are only refunded if the item is 'not as described', broken or wrong item sent. Items returned due to buyer changing their mind will have purchase cost refunded but not postage. If only part of an order is being returned, the refund will reflect only that item(s) and will not include refund of postage.
 
I reserve the right to deduct ebay / paypal fee charges from refund amount.
 
I offer combined postage on items, please use the 'add to basket' feature where it should automatically calculate, but if not please contact me requesting an invoice before paying. Due to the way ebay charge fees to the seller on postage costs (as well as item costs), I cannot retrospectively issue refunds on excess postage paid, sorry!
 
Proof of postage on my items is ALWAYS obtained; scan-tracking postage labels with QR-reader codes are used by me/the post office for the most part, to enable Royal Mail to advise if items were delivered in the event of missing items, this enables you to contact Royal Mail for a claim if necessary (although they request you wait a minimum 15 days before submitting claims for missing items). For higher priced items or bulk purchases, these will be sent by recorded delivery.
 
Any international sales will go via ebay's international shipping centre known as the 'Global Shipping Program'. Please be aware these are fixed postage prices set by - and paid direct to - ebay; I have no control over the amount of international postage ebay charge, and I don't receive the money for it. Missing international items / wrong item received will need to be taken up direct with ebay - they ship them to you with tracking, I don't, nor do I have access to their tracking details. I do however, usually receive notification from ebay's shipping centre when they have received the item(s) from me, so I can usually confirm to you if and when they received the item(s); beyond that I have no knowledge of the items shipping.
 
Please be aware my listings use the automated 'unpaid item assistant'; this will automatically open a case against you if you have not paid within 4 days of committing to buy items / winning auctions. I'm aware however that sometimes we all need a hand, so if you're unable to pay within this time, please contact me to discuss a possible extension (extenuating circumstances). I can manually adjust the unpaid item settings for individual sales. This is very important as ebay issue 'unpaid item strikes' against buyers and if you have a certain number of these within a specified time-frame, ebay can suspend your account and prevent you using the site, likewise I limit buyers with similar statistics from buying from me in the future.
