Please note that items will be sent in good time as per the estimated time frames shown by ebay. These are however time frames chosen by ebay and may not reflect realistic time frames when it comes to Royal Mail. Royal Mail advises that standard 2nd class may take up to 3 days to arrive. If an item has not been received by this time, please contact us however we must allow 10 working before any investigation can take place. If an item is need urgently we recommend selecting 1st class or even our tracked guaranteed next day service. Items not received must be reported within 30 days of an order. If we do not hear during this time, we will be unable to assist with any refunds or claims. Refunds will not be issued if items are late for a party, if that party is within 5 working days of an order being placed. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or delayed when they enter the Royal Mail network.
We will always do our best to get items out the same day if ordered before our cut off time.
If your item is to be personalised, please ensure that you message us or leave a note at checkout. If there are any queries, we will contact you. If in your message you ask for the words to be changed, we will replace the exisiting words with the new words as requested. If however you just leave a name for us, we will normally add this at the bottom of the sticker (or anywhere else applicable). If we have any questions, we will message you. We cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes or wrong words sent in by the customer, however, if we have made this error, then we will send out a replacement sent at our cost.
Regrettably we cannot accept returns on personalised sticker except where an error has occurred.
If we require a name for a sticker or we send you a message and we do not hear back from you within 10 days, then we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

    Stickers never arrived. They've had over a month to deliver something that ought to have taken 2-3 working days. There's a complicated system to resolve the issue of non-delivery inc. considering it's 'not lost until 10 working days after due date,' and then complying with a further bunch of instructions, inc. ref number, delivery address & confirmations (this is for a 1.99 order.) I don't believe Labels_4 ever seriously intended to satsify this order. Very poor customer experience.

    Sorry the stickers still have not arrived. We did reply to your message and just asked for you to confirm the address details were correct so we can speak with royal mail and open a claim, however you never responded to us. We satisfy every order that gets placed as you can see from other feedback. Apologies again that these appear to have become lost within the royal mail network.
