If you do not receive your item(s) within 10 days of the date on which the item(s) were dispatched to you, we shall have no liability for the undelivered goods unless you notify us in writing within 20 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you. We shall be entitled to make such investigations as we deem necessary to satisfy ourselves of the validity of any such claim and will liaise with the relevant couriers to confirm if non-delivery or disputed delivery has occurred.
 
You have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your item(s) by post within 28 calendar days from the day you receive your order. This right does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
 
You may gain a full refund if the order is returned within 28 days of receiving it.
 
If you have not received a dispatch email after placing your order, you can contact our customer service team and request the order to be cancelled. If the order has been dispatched, your order cannot be cancelled by the customer service team. The shipping and handling fee for the delivery of your order will only be refunded if all items from the order are returned. If all items are not returned, then the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
