MOTORSPORTMERCH and MOTORSPORT-MERCHANDISE are both trading names of ACME XS LIMITED. We are a long established UK VAT & TAX registered company specialising in the sale of discount priced Motorsport Merchandise. We will therefore deal with you professionally and promptly. All items we sell are legitimate. We do not sell pirated, bootleg or counterfeit goods.
PAYMENT: We accept PayPal. PayPal is a secure online account that stores and safeguards your bank, credit or debit card details, which allows you to pay safely and easily without sharing any of your financial information
You can pay with a credit card using PayPal. You don't necessarily need to register - pay as a PayPal guest user. PayPal just processes the card payment and puts the money into our PayPal account
POSTAGE DETAILS: Postage and shipping details are clearly detailed on each listing. All items sent outside the UK are by AIRMAIL without exception. If you are not familiar with UK currency (£ Sterling) you can get a conversion rate to your country's currency at UNIVERSAL CURRENCY CONVERTER
We normally ship from stock the next working day following payment.
Please be aware that our postage/shipping charge does include VAT, the cost of the packaging materials and of course the shipping/postage fee
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: All international purchasers are responsible for any and all duty, taxes, fees, etc. associated with their purchase. We declare full value for all purchases. Please be patient and allow reasonable time for your domestic postal services and customs
BUSINESS HOURS Are 10am to 5pm Monday-Friday. We are closed at weekends and UK Public Holidays. We will respond to all Emails, deal with queries, process orders, and package for shipment only during these hours. Preferably all enquiries should be sent using ebay message facility so we have your user ID include which will assist us on locating your order details.

GIFT WRAPPING: We are unable to offer a gift wrapping service at present.
COPYRIGHT: All images including but not limited to Photographic images used in our store are owned by or licenced to Motorsportmerch and may not be copied in whole or in part without the express written approval of Acme XS Limited.
RETURNS
We do not offer an item exchange service. Our stock moves very quickly, by the time we receive your returned item the replacement you want may have sold out.
We ask buyers to purchase the new item they require immediately while it is still available and then return the unwanted item for a refund.
Faulty/Unwanted Goods: All items are covered by our returns policy and you may return any item whether it is faulty, misdescribed, different to that ordered or simply unwanted.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 30 days of receipt in its original saleable condition with all packaging intact and undamaged and any tags or labels still attached.
Upon our receipt we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item. Where items are returned and verified as inherently faulty or misdescribed or different to that ordered we will refund customers reasonable return postage costs when processing the refund after receipt of item.
UK customers, if you are returning a small, light or low value item, we would recommend using Royal Mail. Please return your item using 2nd class post, requesting a proof of posting from your post office, which they will issue free of charge.
If the goods are too heavy for a 2nd class service, please use a standard parcel service.
For non UK customers please use your domestic postal standard airmail service.
Always enclose a copy of your original delivery note so we have your order and payment details available on receipt of item(s)
For goods returned from outside mainland UK and the Channel Islands the following must be written legibly on both the packaging and customs declaration:
'MAIL ORDER GOODS RETURNED - DO NOT CHARGE DUTY'
It is mandatory to contact our returns department before returning any goods to us.
